It&#8217;s a weatherproof, solar powered unit from RakWireless. I also picked up a few client handhelds to test with.  Unfortunately, I don&#8217;t live in a very populated area, and am surrounded by trees, so range is pretty low, and there&#8217;s no one else to create a mesh with.  The handhelds would be more useful, for traveling into more populated areas, like Boston or NYC.  Still, it&#8217;ll be fun to mess with! \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the handhelds, I picked up 2x Lilygo T-Deck Plus units, and 1x T-Deck Pro.  I have to say, the lack of information for the T-Deck Pro was disappointing, as was it&#8217;s UI\/UX.  It was really painful trying to use, and I had to reboot it constantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The T-Deck Plus models, are much more user friendly, and easier to use.  Currently the Pro is put away, while I play with the 2x Plus&#8217;s.  I&#8217;ll be in NYC in a few days, so I&#8217;ll make sure to bring one with me.
